THE VASCULAR SOCIETY
“The theme of the Annual Meeting of the Vascular Society
of Great Britain and Ireland in 2003 was ‘New Horizons’. We wanted to project
the concept of an optimistic, forward-looking and technologically advanced
surgical speciality without neglecting our history and respect for achievements
of the past. Funky Fox Editing created a spectacular video which was truly a
work-of-art, matching exactly these objectives and setting the tone of the
meeting perfectly.”
Peter Harris MD FRCS President, Vascular Society GB
& Ireland, 2003

CRITICAL ISSUES
“The vascular surgeons, radiologists and scientists in
related fields who met in Liverpool UK in 2006 to discuss ‘Critical Issues in
Endovascular Aneurysm Repair’ (a minimally invasive method of treating
potentially fatal aortic aneurysms) were treated to a visually arresting and
ingenious video, which captured the essence of this new surgical technology in a
strikingly colourful collage interspersed with metaphorical images of flowers
bursting into bloom; all set to beautiful music. This creation of Funky Fox
Editing made an important contribution to the great success of the event”
John Brennan MS FRCS Organiser, Critical Issues Meeting 2006
